If I am sick, do I need to enter my illness into the Portal? |

Yes. All leave must be reported into both the Portal and Subfinder. Sick Leave is reported as Annual Leave. |

The computers used for ADP may also be used for Leave reporting purposes. To access the Portal and/or Subfinder all you need is internet access. |

What type of information needs to be entered into the note section when requesting leave? |

The comment box for ANY type of leave should never be blank.
For example:
Professional Development - Name of course or conference. Also state Building PD, District PD or Support Staff PD
School Business - Nature of business or conference.
Annual Leave - Sick, personal day
Vacation - Vacation time
For Bereavement Leave, you must state the relationship to the deceased.
For Jury Duty - State date of court
Religious Leave - State religious observance |

Do I need to send documentation about Bereavement leave? |

Yes. Per Policy and Regulation 4320 & 4340 "Documentation will be required to verify the date of the incident and must be submitted to the Human Resource Department within the ten (10) calendar day window." This documentation should be sent to Anita Long in the HR Department. In addition, bereavement leave must be used within ten (10) calendar days. Annual leave may be used for absences outside of the ten (10) day window (such as to attend a memorial service a month after teh date of death). |

What if I have submitted a Personal Data change, more than seven (7) days ago, but it has not been approved? |

An employee who receives medical benefits and/or contributes to PSRS/PEERS must also complete paper forms for the respective companies and return them to the HR Department. Final approval will not take place until all forms are received. If you do not receive these benefits and it has been more than seven (7) days, contact the HR Department. |

What if I can’t print my pay stub? |

Click “Print Stub” on the View Pay History screen, a password box will appear and you will input the last four (4) digits of your SSN. If nothing happens after these steps, return to the Home Screen and click on Download Adobe Reader. After the installation, try again. If the problem persists, contact Dana Jeffries at 636-677-3473 ext. 1130. |

I am a teacher and I do not see my August pay history. Where can I find it? |

Teachers, or any other employee who works less than 12 months but receives pay over 12 months, will be able to view their July and August payment history by selecting the year drop down box and selecting the previous year. |

Do I use the HR Portal to change my Direct Deposit information? |

No. You will need to fill out a new Direct Deposit form and return it to Dawn Douglas at Central Office. |

Employees will still receive the paper W2. This practice will not change. |

When I log into the HR Portal it takes me to a screen that has a Continue button. I click on it and then it takes me to the original log in screen. What do I do? |

If you receive the continue button page, this means your computer is not compatible with the Portal. Please fill out a tech request to have Firefox installed on your computer. |
