Log in

Click on Downloads Tab (yellow)

Select the tab Progress Monitor (left-hand side)

Near the top is a drop-down box where you will select Reading for R-CBM and MAZE or AIMSweb TEL for Early Literacy probes (LNF, LSF, PSF, NWF)

Select the correct grade level – based on Survey Level Assessment!
6)  Q What do I need to do to refer a student to the Building Positive Support Team?

Complete this document. Be sure to complete and attach all requested information.

7)  Q What information do I need to bring with me when we are discussing my student at PST?
A
You will need to bring any progress monitoring data (graph) that you have completed, as well as the Intervention Implementation Page, and any applicable information on the attached document.
