CERTIFIED & OTHER CONTRACTED EMPLOYEES (even if you do not require a sub!):

Type of Leave Procedures

Sick 

  • Employee reports the illness to SubFinder only

Personal
Professional Development
Bereavement
Jury Duty
Vacation
Etc.

  • Employee reports absence into SubFinder
  • Employee reports absence into HR Portal
  • These should be input at the same time
  • HR Portal absences will not be approved until the absence is entered into SubFinder
  • Professional Development Leave requires additional paperwork

 


SUPPORT STAFF EMPLOYEES:

Employee:  Log into ADP daily.  All absences and time shortages whould be input into ADP by supervisor by the end of the pay period.  Superviso should report to payroll when they are finished reviewing and approving time sheets.
