Theatre

NHS Theatre is an extra-curricular activity for students who have interest in theatre or any related art. NHS Theatre provides hands-on technical theater experience through set and lighting, as well as apprenticeship and assistantship programs in directing and back-stage techniques. Through the year’s major productions, both on-stage performers, and back-stage "techies" learn the intricacies of productions. Traditionally, NHS Theatre has produced two full-length plays in the fall and the spring. Numerous other artistic opportunities are available including attending workshops, conferences, small productions, children’s theatre, etc. Each Christmas, NHS Theater does a philanthropic project. NHS Theatre meets twice monthly.
