Here are all of the materials you would need for the sample unit on integers.  Notice, in the outline, I have used the following strategies and best practices:

• Ensuring sufficient background knowledge with acceleration sessions, video clips, brainstorming, and word walls
• Note-taking with double-column notes
• Vocabulary with Motor Imaging
• Formative assessments with exit cards, SMART activities, quick quizzes, and whiteboard practice
• Setting objectives and providing feedback with unit plans and learning targets
• Self assessment with the unit plans
• Learning stations
• Cooperative learning opportunities
• Mnemonics

This is just a sample and still offers a variety of different ways to incorporate these practices.
