Ms. Kimberly Quentin

  Mrs. Kimberly Quentin's journey in the field of education began at Hannibal LaGrange College, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education.  Her Master's Degree was earned in Educational Administration at William Woods University.  Kimberly is currently completing her eleventh year as an administrator and is starting her ninth year as principal with the Northwest R-1 School District.

Kimberly's career began in 1988 as an elementary school teacher in Silex, Missouri. She taught sixth grade, exceeding her expectations as a teacher as well as being appointed to coach high school girl's basketball.  After one year in Silex, Kimberly returned to her hometown of Bowling Green, Missouri and became a fifth grade teacher in the Bowling Green R-1 School District until the year 2000.  It was within this district that Kimberly began her administration career as a building principal.  During the two years she was principal, she brought several positive innovations to her school as well as to the Bowling Green District.  A new K-2 building was successfully opened under her direction.  She helped align the curriculum to the Show-Me Standards, worked extensively in Title-1 programs, and was the curriculum director at her school.  In 2002, Kim accepted a position as building principal at Brennan Woods Elementary.

Mrs. Quentin's new administrative assignment for the 2010-2011 school year was North Jefferson Intermediate.

Mrs. Quentin is extremely excited about the opportunity to work with the students, staff and parents at Woodridge Middle School.  Mrs. Quentin strongly feels that working together as a team will provide an educational environment, which will enable each individual student to function at his/her maximum potential.
