Enrollment Requirements

Age Requirement

Child must be 5 years old prior to the first day of August in order to register for kindergarten.

Where/How to Register

Grades K-12 parents will pick up a registration packet at the oldest child's school, they will need to return a completed packet with the required documents (see below) in order for their child to be placed in school. 

What to Bring

• Enrollment Form

• Immunization Records  (Missouri's School Immunization Requirements 2011-2012)
  (PreK Immunization Requirements 2012-2013)
• Health Form

• Birth Certificate
• Provide two (2) Proof of Residency Documents (Deed/sales contract for residence, current real estate tax receipt, an unpaid utility bill, or contract to lease/rent)
• Custody papers and a complete copy of the dissolution decree that stipulates custody in cases of parental divorce
• If the student is receiving Special Education Services, a IEP and evaluation
• Emergency contact information
• Free and Reduced Lunch Application (If Applicable)
